As vegan nutritionist, food guide and chef Claudia offers her services to help people transition to the vegan lifestyle which is more than just eliminating food: going vegan and being vegan is not just simply eliminating food but discovering a whole new world. Even if it starts out as a way to be healthier it inevitably leads to ahimsa, non-violence to other sentient being.

This includes
  • meeting my clients in their kitchen and pantry at home to start with what they have and then add to that
  • supported by monthly follow-up visits to give more guidance along the way and
  • developing a plan, to ensure success in the long run

You will be provided with creative ideas to integrate wholesome food items into your daily diet without effort. You will also learn to enjoy cooking and preparing which will result in you wanting to create and explore more, a wonderful process!
